As a seasoned project manager, I have experience in ushering complex projects from planning stages to execution, to completion. Having a background in graphic design means that I not only have the ability to make the documentation for my projects visually pleasing but I also can think creatively about solutions if any issues arise throughout the project .

Project Management

Initiate & Plan

I’m a forward thinker who is good at planning for a project. In the planning phase, I make sure that I ask the right questions as I create the project charter, and project plan documents to ensure the team and key stakeholders are aligned on all aspects of the project.

Execute

While a good plan paves the road for success, it doesn’t stop there. I’m always keeping a pulse on the execution by maintaining communication with the team throughout and ensuring project documents are kept up to date and accessible for the team.

Completion

After all the work is complete, it’s helpful to conduct a retrospective and create reports on the impact as well as a formal closeout report. Taking the time to close the project properly helps ensure that learnings from the project are observed by the full team and executives to help inform future projects.

VI WEBSITE REDESIGN

I became the internal creative lead and development lead for the redesign of the new ViLiving.com (corporate) website, and ten community location websites from 2019-2020.
Our internal team was in charge of a large portion of the website build in partnership with our agency. We needed a plan to help ensure that our internal team could build our portions of the website and meet our deadlines. I led the creation of the plan for our team.

VI email template redesign

I drove a refresh of all email marketing templates as lead manager of email communications to ensure the new template would align with the redesign of the new website for newsletters, events and promotional emails at all ten communities.

floor plan related projects:

Virtual Floor Plan Walkthroughs

In 2020, I spearheaded the creation of virtual walkthroughs for over 200 floor plans to aid in apartment sales at all ten community locations during the pandemic, involving presentations to leadership and multiple stakeholder feedback loops at the corporate and community level.

High end apartment renderings

In 2021, I led the creation of floor plan renderings to showcase five high end apartments for a multi-million dollar redevelopment at one of Vi’s community locations.
